How to Earn a Six Figure Income Online

Earn a Six Figure Income Online
With all of the scams and programs that are all over the Internet, it is hard to find a real way to make good money online. Even with well known business models like eCommerce and affiliate marketing, it takes a long time to even make one small sale. However, there is a business opportunity called website flipping that has an unlimited earning potential without having to sign up for anything, join scams, do hard work for small earnings, or having large amounts of start-up capital. Read more to find out how you can flip your way into making a true six figure income or more online, each year.

Steps

  1. 1
Choose a topic you enjoy. It is important to pick one that you are familiar with, so you can create many interesting articles about it.
  2. 2
Purchase a domain name and web hosting from any hosting company. Make sure your domain name works well with the topic you have chosen.
  3. 3
Start building your website by using the simple builder tools inside of your control panel. Most hosting companies give you simple tutorials on how to build a website.
  4. 4
Begin writing content and articles about your topic. Add photos to your articles and set up a mailing list. Make your site look as nice as possible. If you dread writing a lot of articles, hire a freelancer to write the articles for you. It is very cheap, and a fast way to get great articles on your website.
  5. 5
Make sure you have some sort of money maker on your website before you start promoting it. You could promote an affiliate product related to your site's topic, or you could use Google Adsense. Your goal is to get your site to make the most money possible, so if you have lots of ways to make money on your site, then you will most likely make lots of money.
  6. 6
Start promoting and advertising your website now that it has great content and money-making tools. Create Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter pages for your site. Write articles on Article Base about your site. Post flyers and create business cards. In simple words, just get your site out there.
  7. 7
Watch the money start rolling in. After around a week or so of promoting, you should start to see lots of money coming into your Paypal account. Just try to make as much money as possible. Also, keep promoting your site and keep adding articles.
  8. 8
Keep track of how much money you make each month. You will need this info for the last few steps.
  9. 9
After six months, calculate your total six months revenue from your site and multiply this by 2. Assuming that you leave the site the same, the next six months will probably bring in the same amount of revenue if not more. Instead of keeping your website, sell it.
  10. 10
Try to find a buyer. Instead of posting your site for sale on a marketplace, think of types of companies that could use your site. For example, if you have a blog about dogs, a new dog toy company may be interested in it.
  11. 11
Set your price. Usually, websites sell for 3-5 times the yearly revenue. So if you had a blog for six months that made $30,000 in those six months, your yearly revenue would be about $60,000. You could then sell your site for $180,000 or more depending on your buyer. Bigger companies are most likely to spend larger amounts of money on a website than small companies are.
  12. 12
You just flipped your first website. Congratulations! You could take that money and spend it, or if you are smart, you could reinvest some of it back into another website. If you repeat for the next six months, you will have a very healthy income. Do this yearly, and you could eventually be flipping websites for millions of dollars.

Tips

  • Instead of spending your money from the flip on a big mansion or an expensive car, invest some of that money back into your website flipping company.
  • Think of websites as virtual real estate. The reason why website flipping has made many multi millionaires is because you are creating assets. Assets are things that make money for you without you having to do work. There are many different types of assets such as real estate, businesses, etc. But if you are website flipping, you are making money from the asset you created, but you are also making money from when you sell your asset.

Warnings

  • Turning profits is not a guarantee. Like any business venture, how much you'll make will depend on your determination and willpower.
  • Never scam people in website flipping. It is very easy to get caught, and the punishment will be harsh.

5 Ways to Earn Extra Income Online

You have probably heard that the Internet can be a great way to make extra money. It's true that you can earn a nice income from the comforts of your own home, but no one ever tells you how to do it. This article will try to change that.
A word of warning: Many of these ideas will be easy to understand, but that doesn't mean that they are easy to accomplish. Earning extra money requires consistency, hard work, and a willingness to fail, even if the basic ideas are simple to understand. With that said, here are five ways to earn more money online.

1. Write for blogs and news sites. If you're a decent writer, you can make some extra cash by writing articles for major websites. This includes news outlets and popular blogs, such as BNet, GigaOm, Entrepreneur, and Smashing Magazine, which may pay anywhere from $50 to $400 for a feature article. The best way to get started is to contact the editor, tell them your qualifications, and send over a few writing samples.

2. Sell your space on Airbnb.com. Airbnb allows anyone to turn the space they own into a hotel. It's like eBay for real estate. On the Airbnb website, you'll find people who are renting out a spare bedroom, a couch in their living room, and even a treehouse. As long as you own the space, you can sell it on Airbnb.

You'll have to decide whether or not the risk of letting a stranger into your home is worth it, but it's an easy way to make extra cash from something that you already own.

3. Buy domain names, then sell them to interested parties. Domain names like "google.com" are the real estate of the Internet. Many businesses, both large and small, are willing to pay for that real estate. You can use this to your advantage and make some extra money.
Here's how to do it: Go to a site like GoDaddy.com or NameCheap.com and buy a generic domain name like "InteriorDesignSeattle.com." This will usually cost you less than $10. Then, look up Seattle in Google Maps, and search for "interior design". A list of interior designers in the area will come up. You can contact each of those designers and ask them if they would like to purchase the rights to the domain name.

Because only one person can own that domain name, many businesses are willing to pay $150 or more for a good domain name--if for no other reason than to keep it away from the competition. This strategy could work for any local business in any city. To give you an idea of the potential of this simple strategy, if you bought a domain name for $10 and sold it for $150, and did that once per day, then you would make over $50,000 in a year.

4. Online posting for a fee. Most people know that you can sell the things you own on Craigslist or eBay. Many people even know how to post an item and sell it themselves.
But many of those same people don't want to take the time to do it. Or they have plans to do it, but life gets in the way and they never get around to it. However, you can be sure that they still would like to see some extra cash from their belongings. You can use this to your advantage.
In today's economic climate, everyone wants to earn more money and if you're willing to do the tedious work -like taking pictures of each item, posting them on Craigslist, and communicating with the buyer--you can keep a small portion of the sale.
You can charge a percentage (10 percent of the sale price) or a flat fee ($5 per item). Getting started is easy. Just contact your friends or family members who have a ton of extra stuff, tell them that you're posting a few items on Craigslist, and ask if they have anything they would like to sell along with it.

5. The email newsletter to advertiser technique. If you're interested and knowledgeable on a particular topic (this could literally be anything from knitting to car repair to basketball), you can start an email newsletter on that topic and make money from advertisers.
Here is the "new age" publishing model that is working for many blogs and businesses: You start by writing free content about a topic on your blog or website. At the top of the site, you need to make sure there's a place to sign up and join your free email newsletter on the topic. When interested people find your site, they will read a little bit and then sign up for the email newsletter. As your newsletter grows, you can begin to contact relevant advertisers and sell space in your email newsletter.
For example, let's say that you're going to start an email newsletter on car repair. You can contact any business in the car industry--parts suppliers, automotive shops, even used car lots--and sell them advertising space.
How much money you charge depends on the size of your list, but there are some newsletters are making $3,000 and more per day just from these simple advertising slots.
Making extra money online isn't easy, but it doesn't have to be complicated. Give one or two of these options a try and you just might find yourself a steady side income.

Many people wanting to earn money on the internet working from home are asking, what are the best online income opportunities? This is a fair question since there are a lot of programs online that promise to make you a lot of money and it is really hard to choose which one to join.
Many of these programs require some out of pocket expense. Programs that require a small amount of money usually have a small profit or income potential and those programs with a big amount needed to join have a high income potential.
You might think that this is risky since you are not sure which program will work for you. So the best option right now is implement a risk free way to earn income online.
You can do this with affiliate marketing. With affiliate marketing you sell other people's product and get a percentage commission. The commission can be as high as 75% depending on the product.
Do not worry about selling other people's products because you do not have to convince or talk to anybody. Everything is done online. There are free methods to advertise online.
Choose a product to sell from affiliate programs online. It is recommended that a lot of people are looking for that product or need that product. This makes it easier to sell.

6 Ways To Avoid Getting Scammed Online

The online money-making world (and internet in general) are overrun with unethical people out to make a quick buck. They're heartless; they don't care if you're a single mom trying to make ends meet, a laid-off employee who desperately needs another source of income, or even homeless. Scammers literally make me sick, which is why I hope this post can save people from the horrible experience of checking their bank account and seeing that dreaded unknown charge and thinking, "where the h--- did that come from???" I have experienced that feeling myself, and let me tell you, it's horrible. You don't know who has your credit/debit card information, how to stop them, whether your bank will refund you, if you're identity is safe, etc. In my opinion, scammers are criminals who should be incarcerated. Since the internet is so vast, most of these bastards get away with their crimes. Their goal is not simply to charge you once; they desire to make residual income and keep charging you every single month. I'm getting worked up just thinking about it.

Now, don't let these horrible scammers scare you from working online. There are numerous legitimate companies and individuals who are legitimate and sincerely desire to help you succeed and prosper online. However, it is absolutely crucial you take the necessary precautions online to avoid ever being in the situation I mentioned in the paragraph above. The path to working online can either be the worse experience you've ever had, or the most gratifying. You can't live your entire life scared. Well, you can, but you won't get anywhere in life. If your goal is to earn online and become financially free, you must take some risks. Those who've earned their fortunes online had to take risks, otherwise they would still be working their dead-end jobs. What is the risk? The risk is simply deciding you will not be scared, and that you will do anything to achieve your dream. You acknowledge the fact that there are scams online, but you still refuse to quit because of them. You believe in yourself, and that you will find a legitimate way to earn online. There are thousands of scams offline too, just watch American Greed. Does that fact stop legitimate people from starting legitimate businesses? No, and the same applies online. Below are six ways to avoid getting scammed online.

Use caution when shopping online.

1. Research, research, research

Research is the most essential aspect to prevent becoming scammed. There's a good chance other people have been scammed by an illegal company, and these individuals often write reviews online. Simply go to a search engine (Google or Bing) and type "Company X"+scam into the search query. Leave out of the quotes. Read anything you can find, and take everyone's opinions into account. Keep in mind some scam companies are so low they actually write their own reviews to portray themselves in a positive light, so ignore those if you come across them. If you still can't collect enough information, check the resources below:

2. Inquire Further

Read everything on the questionable website, especially the small print. Make sure the company has legitimate contact information! There should be a phone number and email address. Go ahead and call the phone number and email the company just to see what happens. Ask questions and find out what happens or how the people respond. Obviously, if nobody answers the phone or responds to your email, you should probably avoid the company. Be very cautious of companies outside the United States and Canada. Every country has scamers; some more than others.

3. Check Payment Methods

Find out what kind of payment the business opportunity or company accepts. Legitimate companies typically deal with debit/credit cards, Paypal, or similar online payment processors like Solid Trust Pay or Alertpay. Never pay using a money order, wire, cash or check. You can always dispute debit/credit card charges. You can also dispute with Paypal. If you pay with a money order, wire transfer, cash or check, I almost guarantee you won't ever see that money again! Be careful.

4. Don't Judge Based On Looks

Just because a website has professional graphics and looks legitimate, does NOT mean it is! Unethical companies often pay skilled copywriters to set up professional-looking websites to fool people. These money-making scam websites often portray flashy cars, smiling people, large houses, beaches, and anything to make you feel like you're going to be rich if you sign up. On the flip side, if a website looks really unprofessional (non-working links, misspelled words, etc), you should also be very wary. The point here is, don't judge a company simply on how their website looks!

5. Security Inspection

Check for the tiny padlock icon in the payment section before giving out your credit/debit card information. This does not absolutely guarantee security, but usually indicates a higher level of security is required to transmit data. You might also want to check out the website's security/encryption software before giving out your credit/debit card information.

6.  Listen To Your Gut Feeling

This might seem cliche or sound redundant, but listen to your gut feeling before proceeding. If something inside tells you "don't do it!", even though everything checks out fine, then DON'T proceed. You will be much better off passing up the website and finding another legitimate one where you feel comfortable, than going against your gut feeling and regretting it later! Remember: your gut feeling is usually right. Listen to it!

I hope you have found these six tip on ways to avoid getting scammed online useful. These can be applied to anything and everything you do online - not just income opportunities. The internet is full of scams - online shopping websites, penny auctions, investment (HYIP) sites, eBay, health care sites, credit card companies, so-called "bank notes", travel companies, and many others. However, using the tips above should keep you more alert for these scams. Good luck!

The Benefits Of Google Plus For Your Business.

Essentially Google Plus is a social networking site. It was designed to compete with sites such as Twitter and Facebook.

Several reviews have recognized that Google Plus offers many of the social media benefits all
rolled into one package. Additionally, Google Plus has the added benefit of being able to integrate many of the Google services that we are already dependent on with added personalization and flexibility.

You can set your Google Plus profile as public or private, you can post blogs, share links, videos and photos with the contacts you have on your list as well with those in your circle. Google Plus also allows you to censor the materials that you share if you don't wish your  coworkers to see you in photos from the party you were at on Saturday night.

In answer to the question What is Google+ and what are the benefits for businesses?
Similar to Facebook, Google Plus has a like button called +1 which you can integrate onto your business website allowing consumers to share your business on their profile pages.

Google also has the added benefit of being able to link pages with places, through the use of Google Maps. Users can freely interact by providing reviews about your business.

There are a number of business circles that you can create enabling you to target and tailor the information that is sent out to your connections.

You can have as many circles as you wish, allowing you to target specific information to specific people. It is essential for businesses no matter what size to implement a strategy for social media. The strategy that you choose to implement should include Google Plus.

Ways To Generate Online Income

Ways To Generate Online Income

The Internet has made it possible to generate many more forms of passive online income. Passive income is one of three types of income as categorized by the IRS. The most common source of passive income is through online advertisements.

Advertising models

Online advertisers offer a variety of advertising models where advertising affiliates are offered payment in exchange for clicks impressions or for each commission. For example an e commerce website might offer a percentage of the revenue generated from sales after a user arrives from the affiliate s link.

Generating passive income

The size of the passive income generated by the advertising affiliates comes from the number of users who see the link and are compelled by the advertisement or context that the link is embedded in. In order to draw in traffic and maximize clicks advertising affiliates need to create content that is interesting to the users and can also draw in traffic that is likely to click on the links and purchase the product on the other side.

The need for content

For this reason many websites that are advertising affiliates need content which is most often text. However the content can also include images downloads software video and various other applications and forms of multimedia. Website owners earn a passive income through advertisements either by creating the content themselves or by subcontracting the creation of this content out to other content creators.

Passive and active compensation

This can be paid for either through passive or active payments. Some website owners choose to share a portion of the website earnings with the content creators while other websites choose to pay content creators a flat fee which represents an active form of income. Flat fees provide content creators with an immediate gratification for the content creator but articles with a large amount of views can earn much more passive income.

E commerce and auctions

Advertisements are only one way in which income is generated online. Another way to generate income is through the selling of products and services. Many products are sold on e commerce websites and auction websites. E commerce websites generally sell a select type of merchandise with products sold usually at a set price. Auction websites allow buyers and sellers to meet online. Buyers can bid on products with the highest bidders getting the item for sale.

Private contracts

The bidding concept is also used to sell services on a variety of bidding websites. In this model clients can post projects and professionals can bid on the project. In this case the bid represents the fee that the professional wishes to be paid for the project. The client can choose bidders based on the suggested fee the professional s credentials and samples that are presented to the client.

However this only represents one of many ways that clients and independent contractors can come together. Many clients will advertise the need for services on online classified websites content mills and forums. For more high profile projects talent is usually found through word of mouth or by the independent contractor advertising his or her services on a personal website. While clients might pay a flat fee for services some clients and independent contractors work out an hourly rate or a revenue share system.
